Good Morning everyone! I guess it's technically morning, since I am writing this at 12 am. Tonight was a good night. We had two good nurses, who really watch the boys, and let us do our thing with them. They are included in our favorites. They make sure the boys are clean, and monitor their oxygen levels, which is so important. They said that they boys had a good day today. They are getting more ret. cam pictures tomorrow, so we will see if their eyes have changed. If we are lucky, and we will be, we can can talk to the eye doctor again, cause he was awesome....sigh. Anyway, here is what is happening in the NICU tonight.
Patrick
Patrick's food bolus was raised again. He is at a whopping 26 ml of Milk/formula now. His belly was so big tonight! He needs to poop bad. It measured like 27 cm. Geeeez Louise. He is doing well on his Oxygen. They said they had him in between 25 and 32%. It is a little bit high, but he is trying as hard as he can. He is hanging in there. We really like the new hat with the CPAP, but I think it is mishapping his head again. Oh well, we will work on it again later. I think his weight was 1270 tonight. I'm not sure what is was in pounds. I know he is getting closer to 3 pounds! Pretty soon, he will be wearing clothes! We had a good little swaddling session. Kangaroo was a little rough, but the swaddle was good. If that is what he likes,, I'll deal. Either way we get to hold him. I'm happy just doing that!
Just ate my yummy dinner
Me with my mom and dad
I'm hungry
Brady
Brady was dressed in a little outfit again today. He was all tucked in with a jumper and a hat. He had some good swaddle time with Craig tonight. He owed it to him, because he pooped and peed on him. Haha, sucker! His food boluses are up to 28 I believe. His weight was around 1340. He had a bath today, so he was all nice and clean when we arrived. I guess the next step for him is a bottle at 34 weeks. That's the rumor anyway.
Love my jammies!
Love my daddy!
Snuggle time with my dad after eating
We won't find out about the retinal camera pictures until Thursday. Fingers crossed until then!
Love to all!
