Patrick
Patrick is having a good day today. His oxygen was at 30 tonight, but saturation was at a good level. He seems to be handling his nasal cannula. His nurse was happy to see how far he has come in the last week. There was some talk of him maybe going over to progressive. That would be awesome. His weight was 3.9 pounds tonight. He was up to 33 ml of formula/milk. He handled it very well for Craig tonight, and really didn't dsat much at all. That would be great if that lasts. I was able to get a few pictures of him tonight without angry face. Don't get me wrong, he still did it, but I was able to distract him a little to get a few good ones.
Brady
Brady was very upset when I got to him tonight. He was so hungry! They usually feed him at 9, and by 8:50 he was starving already! I couldn't change him, or do his hands on fast enough. After all that fussing, he only took about 25 ml of his bottle. He fell sound asleep after that. We had some very good snuggle time. He was sating at 100 off and on, which is awesome. His weight tonight was 4.5 pounds.
Patrick and Brady have labs tonight, so we will see if Patrick's platelets go up, and if Brady still needs sodium. I will fill everyone in tomorrow.
